Replacement screens
Replacement golf impact screens
A new screen for the bay you already have. Made to your finished dimensions, with the edges and fixings shown on a drawing you approve before cutting.
Start with your existing screen
If your golf simulator screen needs replacing, start with the cloth and its attachment points. The width and height of the enclosure alone do not tell us the finished screen size: bungees, loops and other fixings take up space between the cloth and the frame.
We make replacement screens to the dimensions and fixing details you approve. Your original screen does not have to be a GolfScreen. Send us its measurements and photographs so we can review the fit before you commit to a replacement.
Before you order
Four details to get right
Finished width and height
Measure the cloth edge to edge, excluding the bungees or hooks. For a screen that has been hanging, use the tension it normally sits at. Tell us the units you used and follow the measuring guide if you are unsure which edges to measure.
Fixings on each edge
Record the top, bottom and sides separately. Include eyelets, Velcro, cloth hoops, pole pockets or a weighted bottom where present. A close photograph of each different edge helps us understand how the current screen is supported. Include any fixing positions that need to match your existing frame.
White or grey material
Both materials are 500gsm and 3mm thick. White suits a properly darkened bay; grey is an option where ambient light is harder to control. See the white and grey material comparison, or request a free sample of the white material to try with your projector. Grey samples are not currently available.
Check the drawing
Check the finished dimensions, edge finishes and fixing positions on your scale drawing. The drawing is your opportunity to confirm the specification before the screen is made. Tell us if a detail needs changing before approval.
What to send for a replacement quote
- The finished screen width and height, with units.
- A photograph of the whole screen and close views of its fixings.
- The material you want, or a note about the light in your bay.
- Your delivery country and the number of screens needed.
- Your original drawing reference, if it is a GolfScreen replacement.
Send photographs and any existing drawing to hadley@golfscreen.co.uk. Include the same venue or project name you use in your enquiry.
Each screen is made to its specification, so the quote depends on your screen and delivery details. Delivery and duty are included in the quoted price. Made-to-order delivery is normally 2 to 4 weeks after payment and drawing approval. If your venue has a deadline, include it in your enquiry so we can discuss timing.
Commercial venues
Keep a record for every bay
In a venue, two bays that look the same may need different screen dimensions or fixings. Identify each bay when sending measurements. We keep its approved specification on file so a later replacement can be matched to the right drawing.
For several bays or multiple sites, use our commercial screen replacement service to discuss the venue as a whole. You can also read how we supplied made-to-measure screens for TeeGo.
