How it works
Your screen, delivered in 2 to 4 weeks once payment is received and your drawing is approved.
Measure your bay
Width and height, in millimetres or feet and inches. You also tell us how the screen will fix to the frame. Give us the finished screen size, edge to edge, rather than the opening it hangs in — the factory cuts oversize and hems down to the numbers you send. The measuring guide covers the awkward cases.
Build it in the configurator
Enter the dimensions in the configurator. The screen draws itself to scale as you type, with edges, fixings and eyelet positions marked. The price updates with it, and already includes delivery and duty.
Approve the drawing
Nothing is cut until you have signed off the drawing. If something looks wrong, change it in the configurator or email us.
We make it
The material is cut to your drawing. Every edge is folded back and twin-stitched, and each eyelet is set through the doubled hem rather than single-layer material, because the eyelet pulling through a single layer is how most screens fail. Your screen arrives in 2 to 4 weeks once payment is received and your drawing is approved. Your specification stays on file afterwards, so a replacement years later is one line in an email.

Delivery
Included in the price, anywhere. Next day in the UK once dispatched, air freight everywhere else. Duty is paid before it reaches you.
How it arrives — folded, finished, eyelets set
Anything over 3.2m on both sides needs a seam. The configurator stops there. Send us the spec and we quote it instead.
